My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. The location was convenient, being close to Aksaray metro station, which made getting around Istanbul easier. However, the rooms were very small, dirty, and had a really unpleasant smell that made it hard to sleep. On the upside, the staff were generally helpful and made an effort to assist us whenever we needed. Still, the dining experience could use some improvement.
